ABDELWAHED Waiel Abdelwahed is a doctoral student in the Middle Eastern Studies Department at NYU. He is interested in issues of class, nationalism and representations of the subaltern classes in Egyptian literature and cinema. MAZYAR LOTFALIAN Mazyar Lotfalian is a visiting lecturer at Yale University where he teaches courses on "Islam and Media" and "Iranian Cinema" at the Anthropology Department and Program in Film Studies. His book, titled Islam, Technoscientific Identities, and the Culture of Curiosity, is available through University Press of America. RADHIKA SUBRAMANIAM Radhika Subramaniam is an independent scholar and founding editor of the journal, Connect: Art, Politics, Theory, Practice. She holds a PhD. In Performance Studies from NYU. |
