Biography:
Parvin Heydari Nassab was born and educated in Iran. She creates Modern
Islamic Calligraphy and Illuminations. And is an expert in the field of
restoring and preserving antique Islamic calligraphy, paper mache boxes,
book cover, pen box , illuminations and Islamic paintings . She has exhibited
her work all over the world and has work in the permanent collections
of the Modern Museum of Art, Tehran; and the Museum of Iranian Culture,
Organization of Handmade Crafts. She has been published in several magazines
and books and has won awards for her outstanding achievements. She currently
works and resides in Tehran, where she teaches calligraphy and The School
of Calligraphy in Iran.
