Synopsis

One Evening in July unfolds the battle between the society morals of a sixty year old bridal beautician and her empathy for a reluctant bride, who is plotting to murder her groom.


Filmmaker's Biography

Educated in France and well-versed in writing and directing short films, Raja Amari brings the unique Magreb culture to Mama Africa from the point of view of a young and imaginative woman. Her recent successes include Avril and La Fille au Miroir.
